Cancellation

• How to Cancel:
  To cancel your subscription for educational services, please send an email to trade@tardefinancementor.com within 24 hours of purchase.

• Notice Period:
  The cancellation request must be received within 24 hours, and the cancellation will be processed within 7 working days.

Refund Process

• Refund Eligibility:
  If you request cancellation within the specified period, you will be eligible for a refund.

• Processing Time:
  Once the cancellation request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

• Cancellation Fee:
  A nominal fee of INR 100 will be deducted from the refund amount as a cancellation fee.

2. Document Scrutiny Services

  To cancel the document scrutiny service, please send an email to trade@tardefinancementor.com with the relevant service details.

Refund Process

• Refund Eligibility:

  • If a discrepancy is identified in the documents during our scrutiny process, you are eligible for a refund.

  • To claim a refund, you must notify us via email, clearly stating the discrepancy.

• Processing Time:
  Refunds for document scrutiny services will be processed within 7 working days upon confirmation of the discrepancy.

• Non-Refundable Conditions:

  • If no discrepancy is found in the documents, no refund will be issued.

  • All cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of INR 100.

3. General Conditions

• Communication:
  Please include your order details and the reason for cancellation or refund request in your email.

• Governing Law:
  This Cancellation & Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, India.
